Chevelle’s Customs accepts returns and exchanges on eligible non-custom items within 30 days. Eligibility may vary by item, so please review the product details and contact us before returning anything.

Use the Request a Custom Project form on our website to ask about a return or exchange and receive instructions. Please do not send an item back before contacting us.

For custom and personalized work, send us the artwork, wording, colors, size, quantity, and instructions you would like us to use. Items are customized using the artwork, wording, and instructions you provide, based on the final design details confirmed with you before production. Chevelle’s Customs will also confirm the materials, price, and expected completion date before production begins.

After you approve the design details, custom and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged because you changed your mind about the design, wording, color, or size you approved. If Chevelle’s Customs makes a production mistake and the finished item does not match the confirmed design, wording, color, or size, contact us through the Request a Custom Project form. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate return, correction, or replacement. This policy does not limit any rights provided by applicable law.

Please review the available sizes or contact us before ordering.
